Watchit Media, Inc. (OTCBB:WMDA) today announced it will
be moving its headquarters from its current location at 655 Montgomery
Street Suite 1000, San Francisco, California to its Las Vegas, Nevada
office location at 3485 West Harmon Avenue, Suite 100. The move is
expected to be completed by May 31, 2006.
