Company Moves Into Offices of Media Underground, Inc. to Share Resources With New Strategic Partner 


LAS VEGAS, Dec. 21  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Watchit Media, Inc. (OTC:WMDA) (BULLETIN BOARD: WMDA)  today announced it has moved its office location in Las Vegas from 4325 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 350, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103 to 3485 West Harmon Avenue, Suite 100, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103.  The Company will be sub-leasing its office space from and co-locating with Watchit strategic partner Media Underground, Inc.

"Moving into the offices of our partner Media Underground will allow us to work more closely together to better serve our clients," stated James Lavelle Watchit Chairman and CEO.  "With Media Underground we're elevating the quality and content of our narrowcast networks and proprietary television programming to levels comparable to broadcast and cable television."  Mr. Lavelle added, "This move will help us to further expand our leadership in producing and presenting our television programming to Private Television Networks(TM) in the gaming, lodging and hospitality markets."

Mr. Lavelle added, "We started our move last Friday and have been having a few technical issues with our email.  We expect to have these issues resolved within the next day or two."
