   United States Oil and Gas Corp (PINKSHEETS: USOG) announced yesterday that they have submitted a Registration Statement on a Form 10 to the Securities and Exchange Commission to register its common stock.

By filing a Form 10, the company will be open to listing on more senior exchanges as well as increasing liquidity and gaining broader exposure to the capital markets.
