Wireless Xcessories Group Approved for Listing on American Stock Exchange

Wireless Xcessories Group, Inc. (OTCBB:WIRX), a
nationwide distributor of over 4,000 accessories for cellular phones
and other wireless devices, announced today that its common stock has
been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange. Effective
6/1/2005, the Company's common stock will commence trading on the AMEX
under the ticker symbol XWG.
   "The listing of our Company's stock on the AMEX represents a
culmination of the turnaround we began two years ago," said Steve
Rade, Wireless Xcessories' CEO. "A listing on the AMEX should allow us
to further increase awareness among the investment community and
enable a larger audience to own our stock. This listing will recognize

shareholders who have made this possible."
   Cohen Specialists LLC will be the Specialist Firm trading the
stock at the AMEX.
