Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WIFT), which features over 500 live TV

including an increasing array of exclusive stations such as
Wi-FiCars.com, AllGolfTV.com, Wi-FiGreen.com, SWMTV.com and many others,
today announced a new CEO and new management team and sales teams
additions for 2009. The additions are meant to enhance Wi-Fi TV’s™
implementation of its business plan in 2009.
Steven A. Zeldin has accepted an appointment as CEO and Chairman of
Wi-Fi TV Inc., effective January 1, 2009, subject to final Board
approval. Mr. Zeldin has over 21 years experience in the travel
industry, 10 years of military experience, has been involved with the
Wi-Fi TV web site for ten of these years, and also is involved in
products and projects pertaining to the environment. He has an
understanding of the comprehensive Wi-Fi TV web site, sales, accounting
and business development goals and challenges of Wi-Fi TV Inc. and
brings his reputation for communicating with people at all business
levels to the table.
Morgan Fisher has accepted appointment as Vice President of Marketing of
Wi-Fi TV Inc., effective January 1, 2009. Mr. Fisher has 30 years
experience in sales, marketing, and manufacturing including 15 years as
V.P., Sales and Marketing, for the Fisher Space Pen Co. Among Mr.
Fisher’s many achievements was to partake in the first product sold live
from outer space through a link between the space station Mir and QVC.
Mr. Fisher holds the record for the most ball point pens sold live on
QVC. He is known for his strong communication and leadership skills and
is passionate about the vision of Wi-Fi TV, Inc.
Tim Roland has accepted appointment as Vice President, Business
Development of Wi-Fi TV Inc. and subsidiary companies effective January
1, 2009. Tim Roland is an accomplished sales coach and trainer having
trained and mentored thousands of direct sales and network marketing
sales professionals throughout North America.
Alex Kanakaris, Founder of Wi-Fi TV Inc., will consult for Wi-Fi TV as
Global Host of Wi-Fi TV Stations and in the development of the next
generation of Wi-Fi TV content and technology.. Mr. Kanakaris will
resign his Board seat effective January 1, 2009 to concentrate his
consulting efforts for Wi-Fi TV Inc. on the online content aspects of
Wi-Fi TV Inc. and subsidiaries.
Lisa Pahl, a longtime Wi-Fi TV Inc. Director who has worked for years on
the development of the Wi-Fi TV web site and business, will be in charge
of managing the development of the next version of the Wi-Fi TV web site
and also interacting with the sales and support teams for the web site.
Wi-Fi TV Inc. will need new investment money and/or sales revenue to
sustain operations in 2009. There is no assurance the company will be
successful in obtaining these funds, but the entire Wi-Fi TV team is
dedicated to the ultimate success of the company.
New Wi-Fi TV Inc. CEO Steven Zeldin said:

Morgan Fisher, the new Wi-Fi TV Inc. Vice President of Marketing, said:

communicate to the public the new direction of Wi-Fi TV Inc.”
Tim Roland, the new Wi-Fi TV Vice President of Business Development,
will announce a new daily schedule for webinars which will be focused on
the Wi-Fi TV sales opportunities in 2009. The announcement will be made
this month.
“The purpose of the sales team I am establishing is to increase the
revenue of Wi-Fi TV through the sale of Wi-Fi TV Stations and to also
enhance the number of users who make Wi-Fi TV part of their daily
viewing and interaction. We look forward to working full-time behind
these efforts in 2009,” Tim Roland said.
Wi-Fi TV Inc. has also hired additional customer and Wi-Fi TV Station
Owner support staff for 2009.
