MDHI to Hold Conference Call Thursday, Jan 31st to Discuss Business Growth and Positive Cash Flow - Releases Additional Financial Results

(OTCPINK: MDHI), announced that CEO, Ronnie Adams, will hold an investor conference call on January 31, 2013 at 11AM EST.  The Company is also announcing the release of financial information and additional financial disclosures updated to the end of the first fiscal quarter Sept 30, 2012.  Over the past week, Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. has also released financials for full fiscal years ending 2011 and 2012.
