  WGI Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: WGIH ) -- the Board of Directors of WGI Holdings wishes to clarify the resent dividend that was paid to our shareholders.

The Transfer Agent has distributed the dividend stock to the various brokerage firms that are holding shares on behalf of individual investors. At this point in time, you need to contact the broker whom holds your stock and inquiry as to why your dividend shares do not show up in your account.
