PART III — NARRATIVE

 

The Company's officers have been working diligently to accomplish a timely filing of the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended February 28, 2015. However, we now require additional time to finalize the report within the spirit as well as the letter of the Commission's rules. Accordingly, the Company's preparation of such Form 10-Q could not be accomplished in order to permit a timely filing without undue hardship and expense. The Company expects to be able to file such Form 10-Q no later than five calendar days after its original prescribed due date.

During the quarter ending February 28, 2014, the Company generated no revenue and realized a net loss of $17,042 after cost of goods sold and operating expenses. During the quarterending February 2015, the Company generated revenue of $1,562 and generated a loss of $87,242. The increase in net losses is due to the increased overhead and the expenses associated with pursuing new business opportunities.
