DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS

 

On January 2, 2019, Mr. Hon Man Yun resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (the “CFO”) of Wave Sync Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Hon Man Yun resigned from the CFO position for personal reasons and not as a result of any disputes or disagreements between Mr. Yun and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, accounting policies or practices.
