Remarks	(1) Inclusive Capital Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("In-Cap"), serves as the investment manager to certain funds which hold the shares covered by this Form 144. Sarah Farrell, a Partner at In-Cap, is a member of the board of directors of the Issuer. (2) The shares reported herein to be sold were acquired in the open market or in registered public offerings on dates ranging from November 2019 to May 2022.
