(OTCBB:VRCI), a Medical Marijuana Research and Development Company with particular expertise in Aeroponic Growing Systems, to begin due-diligence towards a joint venture (Exclusive or non-exclusive) whereby IDGC will provide assistance in raising capital, business advisory services and/or merger discussions.
