RocketStream, Inc., a subsidiary of Voyant International Corporation (OTCBB: VOYT) and a developer of technologies and solutions to accelerate digital content delivery over high-bandwidth IP networks, will deliver the keynote address at the 4th China (Nanjing) International Software Products Expo, also known as the Nanjing CIS.

RocketStream's president, Jay Elliot, will discuss the future of consumer products worldwide, and specifically the impact of consumer product convergence on the global software marketplace. "The massive increases in functionality that consumers and business users will demand from tomorrow's mobile devices can only be met through innovative new software," said Elliot. "The pace of application evolution will be too rapid for hardware cycles to meet, and therefore the software community will primarily drive the convergence of these many uses." Mr. Elliot's address will take place on September 23, 2008.

In addition, RocketStream Vice President of Enterprise Sales William Chen will deliver a talk titled "The Future of File Transfer" on September 24. Mr. Chen will discuss how powerful new software protocols are freeing globalized businesses and consumers from the detrimental effects of Internet latency.

RocketStream is represented in China by Shanghai Co-Way International Technology Transfer Center Co., Ltd. RocketStream's breakthrough file transfer protocols are capable of delivering large files over the Internet or other IP networks at speeds up to 200 times faster than traditional file transfer protocols while still ensuring reliability and security during transmission. RocketStream and Co-Way personnel will be exhibiting the RocketStream(TM) product suite in Hall B, European and American Information Technology Section, Booth A2.

Nanjing CIS runs from September 23-25 at the Nanjing International Expo Center. More information about the Nanjing CIS can be found at http://www.cis-expo.com/en_index.asp.
