(1)	Mr. Zertalis is the beneficial owner and director of Maschari Ltd., a Cyprus corporation.
(2)	On June 11, 2018 Mr. Zertalis acquired 294,840 restricted common shares of the Issuer by way of private placement subscription at $0.05 per share. The shares are subject to applicable resale restrictions.
