UniverCell Holdings and Bigstring.com Terminate Merger Agreement



MIAMI BEACH, Fla., June 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UniverCell Holdings, Inc.
(OTC:UVCL) (BULLETIN BOARD: UVCL)  ("UniverCell"), announced today that
effective immediately the merger between UniverCell and Bigstring.com has been
terminated.

Sean Y. Fulda, Chairman and CEO, stated, "While we were disheartened to learn
that UniverCell had to terminate the merger agreement, we will continue to seek
a merger candidate who will bring increased shareholder value."
