United Silver Corp. Announces Results of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

United Silver Corp. (the “Company” or “USC”;TSX: USC; Frankfurt: UM8) announces that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 11th, 2012, the shareholders approved the following matters:

1) The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration.

2) To set the number of directors at five.

3) The election of management’s five nominees as set out in the Management Information Circular; as follows:
