URBAN BARNS FOODS INC. (OTCQB:URBF) ("the Company" or "Urban Barns") is proud to announce its first commercial sale from its brand new Mirabel, QC Cubic Farming™ facility. The Company has grown lettuce, basil and microgreens in a 21 day growth cycle with the delivery of this fresh produce to its clients within hours of harvest.

Richard Groome, President & CEO, states, "Our new 10 machine Cubic Farming™ facility has successfully harvested its first crop of butter & red leaf lettuce and basil! We delivered this very fresh produce to our client on the same day and in less than 3 hours from harvest time. That's as fresh as it gets!"
