Thorne, won Video of the Year at the 2013 MuchMusic Video Awards for his direction of music video "Inner Ninja" performed by Classified featuring David Myles.
The 2013 Much Music Awards was held in Toronto and was hosted by Korean super star PSY and featured performances by Demi Lovato, Avril Lavigne, Armin Van Buuren, and Phillip Phillips.
