LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Sports Entertainment,
Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: ULSP) and the National Basketball Association announce
their first nationwide release of a limited-edition collectible comic book
series available for sale at Wal-Mart stores and the NBA Store in New York

The NBA series contains four#1 titles with each book having its own individual
serial number, and features 40 NBA stars such as Shaquille O'Neal, LeBron James,
Yao Ming, Jason Kidd, Tim Duncan, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Garnett, and Tracy
McGrady as action heroes.  The TNT Broadcastcrew of Charles Barkley, Kenny
Smith, and Ernie Johnson make special appearances in two of the books.  The
fantasy/adventure comic books will also be available for sale at the comic book
stores, hobby shops, and other retail outlets shortly after the debut at
Wal-Mart and the NBA Store.  This retail product is made possible by Ultimate
Sports' unique license with the NBA.
