Officials of Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation announced today that
“year’s end” marks the 1st anniversary of incorporation and
acquisition of the program. Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation was
formed as a U.S. private corporation registered in the State of Wyoming
in December, 2007, when it acquired the Freight Feeder aircraft
technology and development program from Utilicraft Aerospace Industries,
Inc. (UITA:OTCBB).
Significant milestones being celebrated for the first year of operation
include:
$825,000,000 in potential sales from worldwide customers, confirmed
with signed Letters of Intent (LOI) for the purchase of fifty (50)
FF5000 Freight Feeder Aircraft from operators in Africa, Europe, and
Australia.
The engagement of two prominent Aircraft Sales Agents for the India,
Indonesia, Southeast Asia, Australia and Middle East regions.
The strategic re-design of the Freight Feeder aircraft to the upgraded
FF5000 version to accommodate wide-body “main deck” containers
expanding its market and utility by 320%.
The delivery of revised production tooling for the FF5000 Freight
Feeder prototype aircraft from its primary subcontractor, Metalcraft
Technologies, Inc.
Construction of the FF5000 proof-of-concept prototype aircraft well
underway with a major portion of the detailed parts for the center
fuselage assembly completed.
John J. Dupont, President and CEO of Freight Feeder stated, “These
significant first year milestones have been achieved without a major
global marketing campaign, without a flying demonstrator prototype
aircraft, and with limited capital investment.”
Randy Moseley, CFO for Freight Feeder stated, “Even in the midst of the
current global financial climate, the Company has several major funding
opportunities in the works and is optimistic regarding its ability to
initiate the certification process in first quarter of 2009.”
Management will continue its programs to build shareholder value for its
private shareholders and Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc.
(UITA:OTCBB).
The Company is intentionally waiting for its global marketing push until
“First Flight” of the prototype FF5000 aircraft takes place, expected to
occur late next year in 2009.
