Change of TSMC Director Representative

Effective from June 6, 2024, the National Development Fund, Executive Yuan of Taiwan, R.O.C. appoints Mr. Chin-Ching Liu as its replacement representative for Mr. Ming-Hsin Kung to serve as a member of the TSMC Board of Directors. Currently, Mr. Chin-Ching Liu is the Minister of the National Development Council.
