On April 30 2008, the Registrant’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Peggie-Ann Kirk as Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

On April 30 2008, the Registrant’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Bruce Kirk as Director, effective immediately.
