Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 7, 2017, Mr. Allen Heim, a Director and Vice President of T-Rex Oil, Inc. (“the Company”) resigned as both a director and officer of the Company and his officer positions with the subsidiaries of the Company.
