Trulite, Inc. (OTCBB:TRUL) has decided to file with the SEC a Form 15
that suspends the duty of the Company to file reports under Sections 13
and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result,
stockholders will no longer have access to current information regarding
the Company that would be contained in the periodic reports filed with
the SEC. Trulite believes that this change is in the best interests of
the Company and its stockholders.
Trulite is making good progress with several key customers and with its
product development and commercialization. As an early stage company,
Trulite believes it will be more successful in attracting investors and
in implementing its business strategies if Trulite is no longer a
reporting company.
Trulite continues to be excited about the customer response to its
product offerings and about its ability to commercialize these products.

cells as the core technology, to markets that have applications for
clean, reliable off-grid power. Trulite recently introduced its new KH4

the fuel source for this integrated fuel cell that can provide 150 watts
