Explanation of Responses:

Effective January 23, 2019, Alex Schmidt transferred 1,350,000 shares to Mayrbek Artsuev for no consideration. The transfer was made in consideration of the help provided by Mayrbek Artsuev in negotiating and resolving a dispute with Maksim Goncharenko. Mr. Artsuev now directly owns 6,750,000 shares, and he continues to indirectly beneficially own 6,750,000 shares of the 13,500,000 shares held by TOR Biologos GmbH.
