The previous Year End Report for the period of 2013- 2014 covers the first 1.5 years of the company during which it has gone from being a startup to a fully reporting company with its shares listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market, General Standard. The Management is pleased to have seen this development and the completion of numerous of projects such as Trig Money and Momentik by Trig as well as the emergence of Trig Esports. Trig is now entering a new phase of operations were focus will be on the creation of income according to the business structures developed during the last year.

“I am pleased to present to you this Year End Report. Even if the result constitutes a loss, it is in line with what we have expected and the focus can now be on the creation of revenue streams. We aim at becoming self-sufficient in regards to our cash flow and our eventual goal is to become profitable during 2015.
