Titan Resources Plans Exploration of Abitibi Gold Belt, Val d'Or Property

  Titan Resources International Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: TNRI) (FRANKFURT: 36T1) option on the "Cooper Gold" property provides the
company with an entry point into the mineral rich mining area of the
Abitibi Gold belt, near Val d'Or in the province of Quebec.

Numerous exploration companies have been finding and mining gold in the area for many years. The Abitibi Gold Belt hosts countless small to medium sized exploration and mining companies and is one of the most active regions in all of Quebec for gold exploration.

Osisko Mining Corporation recently completed a $403 million bought deal financing to bring their "Canadian Malartic" gold mine into production. Canadian Malartic is one of the world's largest undeveloped resources wholly owned by a junior explorer, and is located in a mining district near extensive existing infrastructure.

Osisko's "Malartic" properties had underground production from 1935 to 1983 of over 5 million ounces of gold from four mines (Canadian Malartic, Barnat, Sladen and East Malartic). Osisko has completed over 500,000 metres of drilling since commencing their drill program in March of 2005.

Osisko's published summary of their NI 43-101 report boasts 6.28 million ounces proven and probable gold reserves, with 1.41 million ounces NI 43-101 indicated gold resource, and 720,000 ounces NI 43-101 inferred gold resource.

Other exploration companies in the area include, Noront (Windfall Lake), Hinterland Metals (Lockout Gold project), Murgor and Freewest (Windfall JV), Gold Hawk Resources -- (Barry-Souart project), Metanor Resources (Barry Gold project), and Jonpol Explorations. All of these companies have had success in their search for gold... Titan hopes to be the next company in the area to share in the rich history.

Most of these junior companies are either in the process of drilling, or have drilled and are following up with additional drill programs.

Titan will begin prospecting and recon of the Coopers property this year by first utilizing the existing historical data. Field work is expected to commence in spring and continue throughout the spring and summer months. Grid establishment, IP and Mag will be applied to the property, together with soil and rock sample collection.
