TetraLogic Announces Termination of Public Offering

TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nasdaq:TLOG), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel small molecule therapeutics in oncology and infectious diseases, today announced termination of the underwriting agreement for and cancellation of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6.25 million shares of the Company's common stock at a price to the public of $4.00 per share.

William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Nomura Securities International, Inc. were joint book-running managers for the cancelled offering. WBB Securities was serving as the co-manager for the offering. 

This offering was being conducted pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on January 15, 2015.
