Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 2, 2023 Peter Chen resigned as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of Token Communities Ltd. (the “Company”). Such resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Company or its board of directors.

 

Also effective August 2, 2023 the Company named David Chen as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company (while also maintaining his positions as (Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the Company).
