Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Tengjun Biotechnology Corp. wishes to announce that Mr. Xianchang Ma, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, passed away on August 3, 2023. Mr. Ma served on the Board of the Company since December 2019. The Company and its management have extended their condolences to the family of the late Mr. Ma and will update stockholders of further developments in this regard.
