  Tix Corporation (the "Company") (OTCQX: TIXC), a leading provider of discount ticketing services, today announced that its 2013 annual meeting of stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held at 10:00 A.M., local time, on October 18, 2013, at Sportsmen's Lodge Events Center, 12833 Ventura Boulevard, Studio City, California 91604. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 29, 2013, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournments or postponements thereof.
