Therma-Med, Inc. Signs LOI With Greater Toronto Clinic to Provide Thermal Imaging Services to Its Existing Customer Base

today announced it is in final stages of negotiations with a chiropractic
clinic in the greater Toronto area, to provide thermal imaging services to
their existing client base. This represents a first step into executing the
Company business model of bringing affordable thermal imaging services to
chiropractic and wellness centers throughout North America at a minimal
cost.  Therma-Med, Inc. chose the greater Toronto area for its premier
launch because of its limited exposure to thermal imaging clinics.

This business model allows a new revenue stream for the clinic owners and helps introduce, promote and entrench thermography into the alternative medical sphere of services. The Company believes (along with traditional medical check-ups) that thermal imaging should be incorporated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, one which will include early detection of illness and disease. The Company goal is to make this service readily available to the general public.
