Therma-Med, Inc. Completes Agreement With The Bella Vita Clinic of Toronto, Canada

  Therma-Med, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: THRA) today
announced it has completed its negotiations with The Bella Vita Clinic
located in the Greater Toronto Area. The clinic will now be able to provide
affordable Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging services to the patients of
Bella Vita as this marks the first step in the company's business model.
One of our goals is to provide the highest level of clinical operations
excellence and to continue to drive the exposure of this breakthrough
screening procedure as an accepted standard for early detection and as an
adjunctive form of diagnosis within the medical community. Bella Vita
Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a chiropractic and wellness clinic
which has been serving the community for the last seven years. The clinic
has an existing client base of 1,100 patients, and is open Monday through
Saturday, capable of treating up to 20 patients per day. Body scans require
approximately 30 minutes and are performed by a certified clinical
thermographer. Therma-Med will be making available diagnostic thermal
imaging clinics in mature demographic based areas that have become
increasingly receptive to early detection health and wellness technology.
