LAS VEGAS, NV announces dividend plan for the company. The Board of directors has approved the offering of a dividend of 10% of net income. The dividend will be payable as a cash dividend and will payable at the end of each profitable quarter for the company. For example, if the company's net income for a given quarter is 250,000 dollars, ten (10) percent equaling twenty five thousand ($25,000) dollars will be distributed pro-rata to shareholders of record.
