Seawright Holdings Retains E & E Communications To Assist in Investor and Public
Relations Campaign
ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Seawright Holdings, Inc.
(BULLETIN BOARD: SWRI) , owner of Seawright Springs, one of the oldest and
largest natural water springs on the Eastern Seaboard, today announced that it
has retained E & E Communications, Southern California, (
http://www.eandecommunications.com/ ) to assist in its new public relations and
investor relations campaign.
Seawright Springs is located north of Staunton, Virginia, in the famous
Shenandoah Valley near Mt. Sidney. The spring is ideally located 140 miles from
Washington, D.C., and also close to other major metropolitan markets. Water at
the spring bubbles up from depths estimated at more than 1,000 feet at volumes
of more than 1.5 million gallons per day.
"Seawright owns a very unique spring, one of the most prolific natural springs
on the East Coast. It is truly one of the largest sources of natural spring
water anywhere. Its daily flow of 1.5 million gallons of spring water makes it
a property with a very valuable renewable commodity source," said Joel P. Sens,
President and CEO of Seawright Holdings.
"The original source of the water is high in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The water
maintains a 59 degree temperature all year, providing for a uniformly delicious
taste. The Company purchased the 145 acre facility, including facilities to
load tanker trucks, and is currently negotiating opportunities for this
property," Mr. Sens said.
"Bottled water is a multi-billion dollar industry in the U.S., the second
leading beverage category in the country," said Paul Knopick, Principal, E & E
Communications. "Seawright owns a unique spring, filtered by nature, and one of
the few major properties in the U.S. where the water flows naturally to the
surface. We are looking forward to sharing this excellent story with the
marketplace." E & E Communications, formed in 1997, serves firms on the NASDAQ
NationalMarket and Small Cap, AMEX, Toronto Stock Exchange and OTC BB companies
that are fully reporting to the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
"Today, Americans consume 17 eight-ounce servings of beverages daily,
approximately a third being water, andhalf of the water consumed is bottled
water," said Mr. Sens. "This is a huge market that is growing dramatically each
year."
The Seawright Spring was first discovered by Native Americans, sharing the
knowledge with early explorers who called it "GoodHealth Water." The property
was deeded by King George II of England to John Seawright some twenty-seven
years before the Declaration of Independence was written. Water was first
bottled and sold from the unique spring in 1890 and, by the 1920s, was so
popular that it was distributed to almost every major city in America at $1.00 a
gallon.
