Sub-Urban Brands, Inc. (OTCBB:SUUB), a multi-brand
apparel company pursuing high-margin revenue growth in the global
fashion industry, has announced that leading DNR magazine has
spotlighted the Company's recently executed agreement with celebrated
designer Heidi Minx in an article in the current issue of the fashion
industry publication.
The article, appearing on page 26 of the DNR edition dated August
28, 2006, discusses Ms. Minx's engagement to design a limited edition
line for Sub-Urban's cutting-edge WHITEBOY(R) brand.

Ms. Minx is widely acclaimed for her innovative design and use of

prestige. The brand's retail launch is scheduled for September,
through leading Los Angeles-area fashion boutique Fred Segal Santa
