Sub-Urban Brands, Inc. (OTCBB:SUUB), a multi-brand
apparel company pursuing high-margin revenue growth in the global
fashion industry, has announced its creation of the first annual Get
Cocky Awards, a charity event established to support the Lower
Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC), as the latest element of the
Company's national program to raise the profile of its cutting-edge
lifestyle and fashion brands. Sub-Urban's Mash Culture Lab(TM) (MCL)
clothing line will sponsor the Get Cocky Awards.
The Get Cocky Awards were organized by AGW, Sub-Urban's New
York-based event marketing agency, to celebrate individuals who
encompass lower Manhattan's diverse culture and influence in the arts,
entertainment, media and film. The awards show owes its namesake to
the signature rooster logo made popular by the Company's Whiteboy(R)
brand. Sub-Urban's rooster logo has also been adopted by the event
sponsor MCL(TM).
The Awards, scheduled to be held July 27, will take place on the
top floor of 7 World Trade Center.

Virgin Megastores, including the Times Square location in New York,

locations include Virgin Megastores in San Francisco, Orlando (in
Disney World), Chicago (Michigan Avenue) and at the famed Hollywood
and Highland store in Hollywood, California.
