Scorpex, Inc. (Pinksheets: SRPX) (the "Company"), an emerging leader of industrial, hazardous and toxic waste disposal services in the Baja Mexico/California region, is reviewing terms and contracts with AISA, a Mexican waste transportation company with headquarters located in Tijuana, Mexico. AISA has represented that they will be able to provide up to 800 tons of waste to the Company for disposal services which represents up to 288 million dollars in gross revenue per year based upon an approximate $1200 price per ton. The Company believes that it will be able to operate during the 3rd quarter of 2012 and at capacity in 2013.

Chief Executive Officer Joseph Caywood stated, “We have reached another very significant milestone with this offer from AISA, and we plan to contract with several other transportation companies in the coming months as they see the savings our facilities provide with our local presence in the region. As we get closer and closer to full operations, we are pleased to have so much interest from suppliers of waste including transportation companies and major companies. We believe that there will be no trouble reaching full capacity at our initial site and expanding our ability to process waste in the future.”
