Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 14, 2010, Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has completed the construction of an extensive library of full-length, fully human monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
