announced that Alan Farrell has joined the company as its chief
executive officer.

president of operations for Associated Food Stores in Salt Lake City.
He worked previously as an international operations director for
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., which included managing the world's largest
Wal-Mart operation located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. After Wal-Mart he
worked for Kmart as vice president of the west central division and
was a corporate officer and part of the team that guided the company
through bankruptcy and positioned the company to purchase Sears
Department Stores.
