Stonebridge Resources Explorations Ltd. Nearing Agreement With Quebec-Based Gold Mining Company

(FRANKFURT: S3C1) reports that its ongoing negotiations with companies with
gold mining interests in Southern and Northern Quebec, Canada are nearing
conclusion.

Over the past six weeks Stonebridge has been meeting with several Quebec Mining companies with a dominant presence in those areas, particularly in the Beauce Region in Southern Quebec along the Gilbert River. "We fully expect to have an agreement solidified in the very near future," stated Stonebridge company president, Sidney Lederman.
