Stonebridge Resources Explorations Ltd. Initiates Discussions With Mining Group Utilising Unique Precious Metal Recovery Technol

  Stonebridge Resources Explorations Ltd (FRANKFURT: S3C1) (PINKSHEETS: SRCX) reports that it has signed a Non-Disclosure and
Non-Circumvention Agreement with a private company for the purpose of
entering into a joint venture subject to the completion of satisfactory due
diligence.  This private company currently holds exclusive licensing rights
to a Precious Metal Recovery Technology, which is in the final stages of
development.

Initial application of this technology will be to extract and concentrate precious metal elements to refinery grade from select geographic environments known to exist on properties located in the southwestern U.S.A.
