(OTC Markets: SNTL) announced today that it has retained a law firm to prepare and file a Form 10 for the purpose of becoming a fully reporting issuer.  Michael Kendrick, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We have already completed most of the work necessary for an audit of our financial statements, and look forward to completing and filing the Form 10."
