RedChip Announces Keynote Speaker for June Small-Cap Equities Virtual Conference

RedChip Companies, Inc., an international, small-cap research and financial public relations firm, today announced that Andrea Cataneo will deliver the keynote address during its Small-Cap Equities Virtual Conference, to take place June 22 and 23, 2011 starting at 9:00 a.m. EDT.

Ms. Cataneo will discuss the changing landscape of the over-the-counter markets, and how these changes impact investors and issuers, on Thursday, June 23 at 12:00 noon EDT. Her presentation will include a discussion of the obsolescence of the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") as market participants move to the tiered OTC Markets electronic quotation system. Additionally, Ms. Cataneo will discuss NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.'s new BX Venture Market, a proposed securities exchange for early-stage and smaller companies expected to launch later this year, and its potential effect on the OTC Markets' qualitative top tier, OTCQX.

Andrea Cataneo is a partner at Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP ("SRFF"), a New York-based corporate and securities law firm. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters as well as general representation of private and public companies engaged in transactional and financing activities, private placement offerings, corporate formations and restructurings, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to joining SRFF, Ms. Cataneo operated a private practice focused on securities law, corporate finance, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and entertainment law. Previously, she served as General Counsel to Power Station Entertainment, Inc. Ms. Cataneo has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law.
