Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 16, 2011, the Company distributed a news release announcing that the Company has finalized agreement with Depco Drilling Pty. Ltd. to provide a drilling rig and personnel for Sentry’s upcoming coal seam gas drilling program in ATP 862 and 864 in Queensland Australia. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
