      Sports Pouch Beverage Company Inc. (Pink 
      Sheets:SPBV) CEO Mr. Gil Arvizu today that the company, through its 
      joint venture with United Packaging Group (UPG), has received a 
      substantial order from a major vendor to a number of mass market 
      retailers to produce and package a branded single serve margarita mix 
      using its patent pending, one of a kind Sports Pouch™ 
      beverage packaging system. The Sports Pouch™ 
      utilizes a flexible light-weight pouch, combined with an easy to use, 
      re-sealable, tamper proof, pull-push spout. Mr. Arvizu commented, “We 
      are extremely pleased that our unique packaging technology has been 
      recognized by a major beverage brand owner. Our proprietary packaging 
      technology represents an extremely cost effective, eco-friendly and 
      convenient way to offer quality products to the consumer. I am very

      The company has taken possession of its third pouching machine which has 
      increased capacity to fill another twenty million pouches per year. Mr. 
      Arvizu added, “Through our joint venture with 
      UPG we are now in a strong position to produce multiple branded beverage 
      products for mass distribution to the marketplace. As demand for our 
      technology has increased, our new product development program is ahead 
      of schedule and our ability to fulfill new orders is solid. I anticipate 
      that over the next six to twelve months, we will exceed sales 
      expectations and will be in a position to significantly ramp up 
      production to meet any increased demand for our unique packaging
