      Sheets: SPBV) today retracted its press release of December 10, 2008 
      announcing an alliance with Ready Pac Produce, Inc. to distribute a new 
      exclusive line of single-serve Perricone Farms 100% fresh juice 
      beverages using the Sports Pouch™. The press release made 
      unsubstantiated and incorrect claims that Ready Pac had agreed to 
      distribute at least five Perricone Farms natural fruit juices, in both 
      the Northern and Southern California markets, as well as in Arizona and 
      Nevada. Sports Pouch Beverage Co., Inc. apologizes for making such 
      claims and retracts all statements referring to any alliance or 
      suggested alliance with Ready Pac Produce, Inc.
