Item 1.02 – Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement 

 

On May 2, 2013, Pershing, LLC provided notification that it is exercising its right to terminate its clearing agreement with Southern Trust Securities, Inc. (STS).

 

Southern Trust Securities, Inc. has contacted several clearing firms and expects to make a transition quickly and smoothly with no interruption of business.
