GVCP Principals Appointed to Senior Executive Positions at Sunnylife Global LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SNYL) has signed an agreement to engage Global Value Creation Partners ("GVCP") to advise and act on behalf of Sunnylife to develop 19 hospital projects and two assisted living facilities in the People's Republic of China. As part of the agreement, GVCP partner, Mr. J.C. Baird, will assume the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Sunnylife Global; GVCP partner, Mr. B.C. Jackson, will assume the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sunnylife Global. At a time when there's a major need to develop superior quality healthcare management in China and build assisted-living housing for the nation's aging population, Sunnylife Global is positioned to do so, with approvals from China's central government. Sunnylife and its shareholders will benefit from the Company's ability to address these needs by bringing together GVCP's capabilities with the resources, relationships, and contracts held by Sunnylife.
