   Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today that the company is currently reviewing a term sheet worth $300 million dollars that will span over the course of six years. This multi-million dollar agreement will be paramount in the company's quest to solidify its position as an industry leader in portable solar related products and other solar related products. The company is currently reviewing the term sheet and plans to disclose further details to its shareholders no later than Friday, May 27, 2011.
