On August 20, 2015, the Board of Directors of Standard Metals Processing, Inc. (the “Company”) approved Jim Stieben’s resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Stieben’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Board of Directors.
